Refund owed to me by Mr Delivery!

I placed an order just before Roman's pizza in bank city closed, I got notification from my bank that the money went out but I couldn't process my order because Roman's was already closed. I called Mr delivery and was told to email a screenshot of the transaction, which I did and was told I would get my money back after 5 days. I did not get my money back and it has been three weeks now, I have been sending them emails and they are ignoring them, I want my money back!!
