Refund not displaying

I ordered somthing via the Mr D app and the restaurant didnt reply so the app said they will refund me but nothing shows. Now i phoned mr d and the lady said the refund takes 5 to 7 working days thats horrible customer service. When a company bills your by mistake etc they reverse the amount immediately well at least a company with good customer service clearly mr delivery does not give good customer service.

I want that refund now or i wont use Mr D ever again and wont keep quiet about this service.
