Refund not actioned

Really disgusting customer service, yes my fault was putting the incorrect address for both of my orders on the 4th, but one order was refunded but the other order, I am still waiting to be refunded, I called in on the same day, they told me I won't get a full refund, I will only get half of my money back but to this day I haven't even seen a cent of that half, I am disgusted at the way customers are treated by this company, I want my full refund, it is human nature to make a mistake, I shouldn't have to lose my money because your greedy nature is getting the better of you, I want my money back
