Refund dispute

Mr delivery has jot refunded me my money after I canceled the order due to payment issues I had with them. They told me that my money would be credit into my account on their app while I was on the line with them but NOTHING appeared till today. All this happened on the 27th Decemeber2021(yesterday). I need my money to be refunded or this will be constituted as *****ing.
