REFUND!!!

I did not get my food, there was a technical error on your side but my money was taken from my bank account. I called the call centre and a very polite lady told me that the money will take 24hrs to reflect on my account or I am forced to order again with you guys however I do not trust that you guys anymore. She then hung up on me :) wow!!!
