Refund by Mr Delivery

I used the App to order some food for the first time. From what occurred I understand that they call or contact the restaurant you want to order food from then they order it on your behalf. If the restaurant does not answer or accept the order they then cancel your order but at this stage you have already paid and all. When they cancel your request they promise a refund. I have not till this date recieved my refund.
