Refund / bad service

On Tuesday 23th November I ordered food via Mr Delivery. My order was was not accepted, but the funds for the food was deducted. I then received an email stating the following "Thank you for contacting Mr D Food.

We have received your service request. One of our virtual waiters is reviewing your request and will get back to you shortly. Check out our FAQ section for more information. Up to date I did not receive any call. This morning I received the following sms

Capitec: MRS LOSPER, there is a pending refund to your account of R 173.89 which you requested from MR D FOOD on 24-Nov. The money will be available within 7 days. Info *** I am not impressed with the service at all I want my refund asap This is poor and disgusting service The staff is also ***********
