Refund and bad service received

Very unhappy and rather disgusted by the service received at MR Delivery, firstly I ordered at 1 of their restaurants and my order was not accepted by the restaurant due to connectivity as per mr delivery , what I fail to understand is how they debited 200 from my bank acc if the order was not accepted or perhaps did not reach the restaurant?????? When I called I’m then told it will take 5-7 working days for my refund like what the hell is that suppose to mean???? My order is not accepted but money is deducted and then I have to wait 7 days for my refund? That is so ridiculous. It has now passed the 7 days and I still don’t have my money never mind that this is the third time this has happened to me and I have understood the first 2 occasions but now it has become a norm and I cannot accept that service. I want is my money back as it is an inconvenience to me, how do u run a business by *********** people like that and being told u have to wait to get what belongs to you is unexceptable. Very unhappy and definately not recommending or using your app again I want this sorted as soon as possible.
