Refund and bad customer service

I gave bought food worth 2300 at Mr Don the 26 aAugust 2026 only to find out I have place a with a wrong address canceled the order . They told me my refund will reflect within 5 days its day 5 today and when i Call them agents put me on hold for the logest time to check my refund even now I have not received a call regarding my money...this is bad customer service I am ŵondering why they keeping my money
