Refund

On the 2nd of May I ordered pizza on Mr D deliver app paid R357 using my card funds where taken out of my account immediately after payment message flashed on my screen saying I have been fully refunded because they have cut off the the orders, today its the 5th of May still haven't received my money back instead I have been sent a sorry voucher of R50 discount! I have sent several emails through their website but no response regarding my money
