Refund

placed an order on the 26, order says it was delivered but I never received it, immediately I sent them an email advising what had happened but no reply for two days,until I decided to send them a private message via Facebook messenger and was told they have refunded me through my wallet, I then checked my wallet and there was no money refunded , i then sent them an email advising that there is no refund in my wallet, they didn't reply, i then decided to call and was told that there was an error when refunding me and they have escalated to their finance department and I should have my refund before the end of the day, I was so annoyed and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told they are all in the meeting and they will call me back, up to now no one has called me back and I don't have my refund, what a pathetic service, they are ****mers together with their drivers
