REFUND

Placed an order made payment only for my order to be cancelled. Called customer care only for them to tell me that I'm blacklisted because of multiple account. My question is why blacklist me after taking my money. No refund has been given thus far no credit wallet. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
