Refund/***

I made payment for an order at Macdonald for 336.80 and I have been calling and calling and being told that they will respond to in w working but also they not sure , the service is very bad and you can call as many times but everyone seems to not know what they doing . I want my money as things are expensive and I had to go and buy that meal I don't under why my money can not be refund as they see the proof on my bank statement, I feel they want to eat my money and pay it to one of them I'm really not happy at all
