Received a mess instead of food

We've been ordering through Mr Delivery for a long time and we order often especially during loadshedding. Tonight we ordered something small from KFC. When it arrived, the mash has spilled all over the chips, and sprinkle pops and the bag. The only edible thing that remained is the piece of chicken. Safe to say, we'll never order from KFC or through Mr Delivery again. We're done. I have logged a complaint on the app but doubt we'll hear anything back.
