Receive wrong order and they not refunding or giving my order back

I order from Mr D food only to receive the wrong order , they refuse to send my order I payed R400 for and received probably someone else order of R170 I so disappointed there customer service is pathetic ,this will be the last time I'm ordering from them and I hope people find out means of get there food other than Mr Delivery
