Really unhappy Mr D Foods bad service!!!

Hi, surprisingly enough, I'm not the only one thats experiencing such issues after reading these reviews. I am beyond disappointed as there seems to be a problem everytime I place an order at McDonald's protea Glen mall throughon Mr D app. This is probably the 5th time Ive had bad service and it seems to be a continuous thing even after all my complains and concerns. It's easy to take our money using the card option but you guys cannot fill your end of the bargain. With this specific order after waiting hours for it to get delivered and also emailing them about my order taking long it still came wrong. Previously I've had the very same issues so you can only imagine how frustrating it is if I had to type out and complain about all incidents. I really wonder how we are going to find a way forward because I've lost all faith in an app that I've once trusted. I have 2 kids that help me order on the app out of excitement and whenever an order is delivered, there's too much disappointment around me because I need to explain to my kids and sometimes IL have to make them something else because what was delivered is something they do not eat. So please tell me where is your peoples principle. The deal you have with your business partners have nothing to do with me
