Really messed up service

I have been a loyal customer of Mr Delivery since as long as I can remember. I was even classified at a stage VIP. I have never had an ounce of bad service until now. I ordered food one evening a few weeks ago which was late but was thankful as the driver called me constantly keeping in touch of what was going on and we received our food and was happy as yes things happen. But today my friend and husband decided to spoil me with a surprise from nando's. I didn't know about it until my friend was ****ed off then they told me . First they said food was on the way, then they said food was delivered, then they said there was an accident on the n1, then they canceled without our knowledge they offered a refund but they deducting the delivery off but for what? Nothing was delivered. Now to **** me off I am now banned from using mr delivery. So well done guys. And you know what you read all these bad reviews and you probably dont even give a damn cause people are still gullible to support you
