Really Bad Service

This is the 4th time I order from Mr Delivery that my Delivery just doesn't show up. 1 hour and 30 min later I have to phone them and eventually receive a refund. Now this is 9pm at night you get your refund but still don't have food to feed the family. Their service is up to **** and they add 25% to the menu of each item from. the restaurant and charge a 20 rand Delivery fee and 10% tip... which I don't mind paying the driver but they are over compensating themselves and doing in the restaurant and the customer. I chatted with the agent on whatsapp she said the drivers device was not working but I spoke with the restaurant and they said the driver never showed up. At which time I had no interest in serving my family cold heated up pizza. Bad over rated service I will never use this app again.
