Really bad Service

I placed an order with Dr Delivery at around 10:30 in the morning. The website then told me 45min for delivery. An hour later i try to track my order to find that there has been a problem and the website has asked me to call them, after eventually getting through and explaining that something went wrong, I get told that the driver was here to deliver the order which he never arrived. I was then put on hold for 20min and then the call was dropped on me with no resolution or call back. So almost 2 hours later no food and no call from Mr Delivery. I am highly disgusted in the service received and will not be using Mr Delivery again.
