Raw burger... Is that what I ordered?

I bought 2 burger meals on Mr delivery from KFC east Rand mall.

As I was eating the burger, the burger was raw. Only half of it was cooked.

I logged the ticket with Mr delivery and all they responded saying they are sorry about the raw burger.

Did I pay for a raw burger?

Is that what I ordered?
