Rather use a different delivery service they dont care about rectifying their poor service

I have placed my order an hour ago and… I have placed my order an hour ago and it's nowhere close to being completed. This is not the first time it happens, my order gets rejected and cancelled hours after it has been accepted. At times when my food comes and it is not late then I get soggy food from the cooldrink being spilled all over the food.

MR D does nothing to compensate and improve their service even refund my money for poor food or late food.

They are happy with a 1.9 star rating, rather use a different delivery service, they dont care
