Quick to take the money but full stories when it geteto refund!!!

Placed a order on the 26th Dec 2019. Did a eft, money went out from my account, but never got a confirmation that they received the order. Emailed Mr D right away, had to sent bank statements to them. Then got told my bank needs to refund me, called my bank they confirmed that Mr D did received the payment on the 27 Dec 2019 @08:35. Again I had to sent bank statements to Mr D as well as proof of payment. Then I got told that it's under investigation with their financial department. Today is the 12 Jan 2020 still no word from MrD. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again.
