****py service!!!!!

On Friday, 21st Hune 2018, I ordered a pizza via Mr Delivery. Pizza was not delivered and all I got was an email to say the order is cancelled and yet I had paid. Complained and eventually my money was returned 5 days later. Made another order on 9th July and it was delivered no problem. On Friday, 12th July, places another order, again order was cancelled. Complained again, my refund has not been processed. The excuse I was given is that I stay in a dangerous area for their drivers. Anyway, decided to go and collect my order and as I left my house, saw two of their delivery bikes delivering in the same “dangerous” area I stay in. Needless to say I was highly irritated. Again I must 5 days to get my money back. Their service sucks and I will not be using them ever again.
