Putrid service. Took my money and declined my order

I see this is how you guys do business. You frequently take money from clients and say the business declined your order. And then when you call your contact center, everyone puts the phone down in your ear and says they not allowed to give out their numbers or email addresses. And when you call the contact center, it goes to take alot who says they transferring you to Mr d but they also put the phone down in your ear. No after service at all. You all about taking the money and not having a way for clients to make contact.
