Putrid service

I place a order at 4pm today and my driver didn't deliver the food, didn't even come to the gate because my two Jack Russell dogs would have made a noise. Always received my orders but today because it was raining and I made a payment with my card the driver didn't deliver the food. Very bad experience getting hold of custom care/head office .
