Promised delivery, missed delivery 4 times - no parcel yet

<p>Parcel from TakeAlot.com was supposed to be delivered by 29 September 16, phoned them 5 times. Promised delivery by 19h00 latest, on 30 September 16. Now, on 01 October 16 at 08h30.....STILL NO PARCEL...Call Centre agents lie and make up stories. Everytime I call them they tell me the parcel is at the Nelspruit branch, it will be delivered at that specific time. It's pathetic.</p>
