Problem with compassion

I ordered food today on Mr D for R148. 00 only to find out that the location on my Mr D app has changed without me knowing that. I called then trying to figure this issue out but not of them is really helping. The other one told me that my money will be transferred back into my wallet so that i can reorder again but when i check my wallet in empty then i called again they told me there's nothing they can do about that and they can't compensate me for using the wrong location which I didn't know about. I was not really happy today with MrD
