Poor!Sad Service

So on the 24th Dec I order using their partnership with PNP ... 2 items was out of stock!Okay cool understandable

Amounted to R304.99 that was to be returned into my account.. they credited my wallet and I immediately asked for a cash refund as it's not a small amount

28th email received stating it had been done

Waited no response sent numerous emails nobody ever picks up the phone and calls you.. you get keyboard happy staff who just kicks from pillar to post trying to get their Stat count down for the day

The one email received stated it was broken into three amounts .. sent them my banking statement

They saying no one refund is for the order with KFC I'm like what the actual hell.. I never requested a refund for that so what **** are you on about
