Poorest service ever

Am very disappointed in Mr Delivery's service today.The delivery guy called, unfortunately I missed his call but called him back twice and he also didn't pick up. Eventually when he picked up, he told me that he called and even hooted but he was at the wrong address and told me that he left,my delivery was canceled. I contacted Mr Delivery, spoke to a lady called Zanele but she refused to provide her surname and they told me that it's my fault that the order had been canceled and will only get half of my money back. The girl was very rude and refused to escalate the matter to her senior as well. I am very disappointed in the delivery guy called Puleng Abel Bonoko as his service was very poor. He was also rude. Am deleting the app. Will never recommend it to anyone.
