Poor very poor service

I placed an order at 17:40 with Mr D for Pick ‘n Pay groceries, at 19:35 I called them to check how far is my order and they told me pick and pay is closed , and on the app it says packing your order , when I called Mr D they said Pick ‘n Pay probably cancelled my order , when I call Pick ‘n Pay they said they just received my orders just now after I called Mr D over an hour I place an order , I was in joburg when I placed the order , I even arrived at home , so now Mr D is making me a fool and now I need my money back to my account, I don’t want the ****en order the next day I expected my little groceries to cook with my daughter, they I had to go to local ****a shop to buy bread , I don’t want my money on the credit what what I want my money back to my account I need to go to pick and pay early in the morning and buy myself groceries, and cancel that tip I payed for the driver , I won’t be using Mr D at all ever again hence I won’t need you to credit my wallet or something, give me my money back to my bank account with immediate effect , I’m deleting this app please .
