Poor & Terrible service service

This was the worst experience I have had, I ordered with them on Friday night and my electricity was down I took the query up as my order shows it was delivered when it was not. I paid over R300 and I told them what had happened and the lady that answered me responded as she could not assist me or help me as it was over 3 hours “which in fact I can understand” I told them to even look on the city power updates and they would see it but unfortunately they don’t want too and the lady was rude… so I guess the driver could have had a good time with my goods and it’s acceptable for them with our hard earned money.
