Poor standard of service

So I ordered from Mr D food last night, in the extra/additional noted I stipulated that I don't want tomato on my burgers due to tomato allergies and made my chicken choice recommendation. My order came to R290 odd.

When I got my order guess what I find on my burgers... TOMATO and no chicken with my order. Not only was my order not right I had to get rid of the burgers as it was inedible and I wasn't going to risk eating something with tomato on.

When I took this up with Mr D food, they gave me a R89 refund and told me the chicken is subject to store availability.

What a joke. This is honestly not the first time this has happened.
