Poor services Mr Delivery South Africa

Pathetic services, they cannot even deliver the correct order. On some days they tell you that they have arrived and they are still 30 minutes away or haven't even left the restaurant, other times they don't even notify you that they are in front of your house. I have had incidents where the drivers take too long to delivery the order and end up eating the food and discarding the evidence, stickers and sealing labels do not help. They are known to deliver wrong orders or orders with items missing on many an occasion and it has gotten out of hand to such an extent that every order you place with them has missing items. Calling them is useless because they do not pick up and they never respond to emails on time. When you ask for a refund into your bank for the stuff they never delivered, they give you credits instead of paying the funds into your account.
