Poor Services at Mr Delivery

I'm high disappointed by their services as I placed an order,the driver brings the food to my block of flats and tells me to go fetch my food from his car whereas he is supposed to deliver at my doorstep.I speak to two consultants with my complaint and they tell me they will get back to me and none does.When I call their call centre they tell me I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back.I am not impressed because this is not the 1st time I experience this with their drivers.
