Poor service served with lies

Mr delivery refused to give my full refund. I am going to contact my lawyers, they are *****ing from me and throwing an act in my face which doesn't apply ...

I ordered on the 27th June supper waited by the window for my meal as it was loadshedding I see a motorcycle driving around and looks lost, he stops opposite my house and stands there for a few minutes I send my husband out telling him I think his lost and this might be our food. My husband goes out and asks are you at the right house do you know where you must be he Rudly says yes and drives away. A few Min later I get a mail to say my order was unsuccessful I mail them what happened and reordered my food which means I paid again... They keep on and say I didn't answer for the driver and this is a lie a lie a lie, I told them I have cameras to show he wasn't at my door. I am disgusted at the way it was handled and for them to take my money and say I'm liable is pathetic. I want to know who this driver is that cost me over R200 I want a full refund NOT HALF.
