Poor Service Mrd!!!

So I ordered Medicine through Medirite and Mr D. The driver did not read the delivery instructions then took back the order. When I call the 087 number they tell me that they is nothing that they can do, the medication will be sent to their warehouse. I have to re order again. What I dont understand is why dont they return the medication to shoprite then I can contact shoprite myself. This is very annoying and disappointing.
