Poor service mr delivery

I had the worst service ever, I ordered food from McDonald's through mr delivery then they debt the money from my account after some time they said my order was unsuccessful cause I didnt respond to a message that the delivery guy was outside, and I'd be getting 50% of the purchase. My problem is that I didnt get a call that there is a delivery guy from the gate and the delivery guy didn't call me on my number provided to him or her and according to mr delivery the food is suppose to be delivered on your couch not at the gate kilometers away, I'm really disappointed and I was left hungry last night
