Poor service ***********

On Saturday at around 16:30 I placed an order for chicken wings at chicken licken in maponya mall, after ordering realizing that the address was incorrect so I immediately contacted Mr d delivery and I asked to change the address before the order was collected from the restaurant and the agent told me he would escalate the correct address to the branch in order for the driver to receive that address which was correct, only to find after making calls speaking to seven different agents that they don't do that, had I been told at the first call would have made means to go to that address and to add when I was speaking to the driver he gave me attitude, I had to go to maponya mall to the restaurant where the food was ordered to speak to the manager only to find out that they don't knw about this incident and the contacted another person at Mr d this was at six o'clock in the evening only for him to put me on hold and the phone was hung up on and then had to buyore airtime to call Mr d again to then speak to smaukelisiwe who tolde that the driver takes the food to the depot only for it to be destroyed and the she tells me that I can only be given 50%of what I paid. And then I told her you want to destroy food that I paid and give me just fifty percent of the money I used for the food that I never received and I made means to informr d in time about an error in address and then she then retracted her statement of the food was being destroyed to say she doesn't know what happens to the food and that they can't assist me with what I demand. On that day I spent close to 200 and transport to get to maponya and I still await a call from the manager of Mr d and still nothing, the way the agents handled this matter was not happy with it at all from the first agent he was suppose to inform me from the beginning that we can't change the address and give me options of cancelation and reordering but he just told me that they will escalate and then when I demand a compensation they refuse I still want to be compensated
