Poor service, I want my refund

Ordered from steers athlone in morningside durban, order was cancelled because the driver could not deliver to my address because he could not get hold of me over the phone, my order was cancelled but my money was not refunded back to my account, I have emailed requesting for my refund but nobody seems to care yet I’m being sent promotions, the hell is going on with this company.
