Poor service, ghetto delivery drivers

I ordered food but I did not receive my order. I was keeping track of the driver from the time he collected my order from McDonald's then I suddenly lost track of his GPS signal. I texted him and asked how far he is but he did not respond, regardless of the fact that he read my message. A few minutes later, the driver checked my order out as delivered to my adress but it wasn't. The driver did not even make it to my house. What makes me more mad is the fact that the food was already paid for. To say I am gutted is an understatement. I will never use Mr D again.
