Poor Service from the Consultants to the driver

I have been using the Mr Delivery for some while now and it's the first time I have had such a poor service from them. So I ordered food via the app last night and everything was processed so the trouble arised when the food was supposed to be delivered, I received a call from a Lady called Nikita to say the driver is outside so I went outside and there was no driver there I waited outside for about 15mins thinking his probably still on his way and still nothing do I went back inside the house and called the number in which I was called by the lady and I spoke to another lady and she said she will track the driver and get back to me okay cool, so I waited for a good 30 minutes to be called back by the lady and nothing instead I had call back and tell another lady the same story again and she also said she will get back to me and she didn't then when I called the third time I was told the order was cancelled and I was never told about this mind you this is after an hour after I was told he was at the gate and that time most stores are closed for delivery so I was told I need to make an alternative plan this is unacceptable and disgusting behavior and service to say the least
