Poor service from Mr Delivery.

I ordered groceries on 31/07/2025 for over R800 and the driver went to the wrong address and told me he is at the gate and far from where I stay and told me another driver near where I stay will come and deliver my grocery soon.. I later received a message that my order has been cancelled. I called Mr Delivery office twice and I was told to hold on while they transfer me to the relevant department and the call was cut twice from their side twice. I ordered the same groceries the next day as they had kept my money and the driver came to my correct address but with most of the items I ordered not included in the grocery pack and my money is still with them today on the 2nd August. I was frustrated because most of the items were essential necessities which I urgently needed. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Mr Delivery.
