Poor service from Mr Delivery

The app kept saying the driver has arrived - no sign of the driver. After loading various queries saying that the driver has in fact not arrived and I did not get my food, the delivery was just cancelled and they refuse to refund me. The driver's location was not even in the same place as my delivery address. Pathetic service! Mails sent to me that they were "on it" and nothing being done about it!
