Poor service from Mr D

To cut a long story short, Mr D did not have a driver to collect and deliver my order... after emails back and forth- being ignored for over an hour, 2 hours after placing my order, I've been told KFC has to be paid (understandably so) Mr D wants their fee but I don't get my order. So I can forget about getting a refund...How does this work ? Can anyone help me take this issue further ?
