Poor service from Mr D app

I bought food on the Mr D food app. I waited for the food until the time I was given on my receipt online. Later the driver called me & told me that he cannot deliver to me . He was in Sandton & I was in Rivonia. Later my order was written unsuccessful. I laid a complin and asked for a refund because I did not receive my food. A lady by the name of CINDY BARDIEN rep**** & said that I will not get my refund as I was not at the location I ordered my food. Why would I waste my money and order food & not be there to receive my food. This is poor service and I am uninstalling my Mr D food app. I hardly use it & I will not be using it again. CINDY BARDIEN you are a ****!
