Poor Service from Mr D and no feedback on queries logged

Mr D's service is pathetic. On one occasion the delivery guys had an issue with delivery. We called and asked when we should expect our delivery and the call center agent couldn't say when, just that they are experiencing issues with deliveries. We ended up collecting our food from Mochachos and I was never refunded for the delivery fee.

Last week I ordered from KFC Florida and my order was incomplete.

I logged a query for both instances but I haven't received any feedback regarding the issues. I'd rather drive to order food than to use Mr delivery service because they inconvenience one more than having to drive out.

Ridiculous!!!!
