Poor service from management

My husband was in an exident with one of the mr delivery/ takealot drivers. The driver does not have a bike lisence, i keep on sending emails and the only reply i get is that they investigate the matter, its almost a month now, for how long do they want to investigate? Please can I have a propper answer?
