Poor service from both Mr Delivery app and McDonald's Gateway Pretoria

The standard of this service has dropped completely, items in all my orders over the past few weeks are either missing or have been tampered with. Unprofessional delivery drivers. The fact that the driver tip option must be app**** before receiving food is a red flag on its own. The call centre is unresponsive. Avoid using this service if possible.
