Poor service

This is by far the worst service ever. I placed an order at 17:32, it started raining and one of the consultants called me informing me that my order will be delayed and that the driver will call me, which he didn’t.I had to log a complaint for MrD to send me an email stating that the driver is en route and this is at 19:33 Your service is appalling. You cannot treat your customers this way. At least communicate and check up on your orders when experiencing bad weather
