Poor service

I am very appalled at the service I have received from MR Delivery on three separate occasions.

First experience I ordered food from KFC. My order sat there and was never collected. When I contacted KFC branch located in Jean avenue they confirmed the order was there and never got picked up.

Second experience I ordered food from barcelos and I was missing a piece of chicken and a side. I raised a complaint and no one got to me.

Third experience I ordered from Mochachos and I was a piece of chicken. I raised a complaint and an agent from MR delivery sent an email with R15 MR Delivery voucher and I declined it. I never heard from him again.
